It is with sincere pleasure that I write this letter on behalf of Paulette Clare, real estate agent associated with Re/max at the Crossroads Mall, Unit #20, Londonderry NH, 03053. My association with Ms. Clare involved my contracting with her to sell two condominiums that I owned in Londonderry, both of which were in the same complex. I resided in one residence while my mother lived in the other. Our personal situation was itself a complex one, as my mother and I were in the process of moving back to Canada, our original home. This involved our traveling to Canada on several occasions, as we became involved in the purchase of our new home there. Also, we faced all the other frustrations and problems associated with moving. Additionally, my mother an I were dealing with a very sad and tragic family death. I mention this to illustrate the overwhelming package of issues we presented to Ms. Clare. This was not a routine sale!
What we experienced in our dealings with Ms. Clare was nothing short of a performance that ranked an A+ ! Even though the market analysis was a rather bleak one during those months, Ms. Clare put in outstanding effort to show and promote our properties. In fact, my mother's condominium was sold in less than 3 months and for our asking price. A dream situation with an approved buyer who was paying cash! We also would compliment her on calling us and keeping us informed, as well as always returning our calls! A courtesy we appreciated very much.
In July we moved to our new home leaving the second condo still on the market, but hopeful that it would be sold in the near future. I am happy to say that in a few months the second sale was accomplished and I am positive this was due to Ms. Clare's hard work and determination. During this period she called us regularly, keeping us updated and encouraged.
Knowing there were several other condos for sale in this complex, which have been for sale for a much longer time and have not sold. I am convinced our good fortune was in working with Paulette Clare. Although, it is unlikely I would ever need her services again, I would recommend her to anyone. A rare blend of high professionalism and a caring human being.

I want to take a few minutes now that the sale of my property is completed, to thank you for the effort and results in making this happen.
As you know, my property was listed for 3 months with another RE. agent, which was shown 7 times during the first two weeks. After the first showing, I never got feedback regarding how the other showings went and suddenly, the showings just stopped. The realtor installed an automatic answering service and my calls to their office were not returned until five weeks later. They said the market was crazy and they had other properties to show. So my reaction was to find a new agent, but I held out for the three months without any results and missed the prime summer period to find a buyer. I was told that this was a difficult property to sell and that the market was slowing down so it might be better to re-list with this agent again for a longer period and hope that spring would bring better results....I didn't think so.
I signed up with RE/MAX the day the listing expired, and I told you of my experience. You indicated that you do not work that way, that calls are always returned as soon as possible, that the property is marketed to continuously bring potential buyers and that feedback is given to the seller after every showing. You seemed as if you truly cared so I signed the agreement to list with RE/MAX.
Every thing you said you would do was done and the bottom line is the house had its first offer within 30 days at a slightly lower price, 90 days to close. I want to let every potential seller know I got a call after every showing and honest feedback. Your office has someone there at all times and calls are forwarded and immediately returned. During the next three months, I received calls every other day just to check progress, stay in touch and calls would be made to the buyer and seller giving status reports.
This was a very complicated sale for a number of reasons due to the property itself and I had rented it as well, but I never heard one excuse from you. This would never have happened without you constant attention and your positive attitude. I would recommend you to any person who wants to sell their property. You offer outstanding customer service and are honest, experienced, intelligent,and someone who is very good at your job. And the gift certificate to Appleby's was a classy way for you to say thanks after the closing of the sale. So, thank you for your efforts and results. I wish you the very best.
